Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "Terms") govern the contractual relationship between AstroPath (hereinafter "the Seller") and any natural person of legal age placing an order on the website (hereinafter "the Customer").

Any order placed on the site implies the Customer's full and complete acceptance of these Terms. The Terms applicable are those in force on the day of the order.

Article 2 — Seller identification

Article 3 — Products and services offered

The Seller offers handcrafted and personalized readings in the fields of astrology, numerology and angelology, in the form of written documents transmitted electronically (email).

The services are intended for well-being and personal development. They do not in any case constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional advice.

The details of each service are available on the product pages of the site.

Article 4 — Pricing

The prices displayed on the site are indicated in euros (€), US dollars (US$) and pounds sterling (£), including all applicable taxes. The Customer is informed that the displayed currency may be automatically adapted to their geographic area at the time of payment.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Products are billed on the basis of the rate in force at the time of the order's validation.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code — the Seller benefits from the VAT-exempt small-business regime.

Article 5 — Orders

To place an order, the Customer must:

  1. Select the desired product on the site;
  2. Fill out the form with the required personal information (last name, first name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, email, etc.);
  3. Click on "Send my info";
  4. Proceed to payment via the secure Stripe platform.

Validation of the payment constitutes express acceptance of these Terms and formation of the sales contract. The Customer receives a confirmation email at the address provided during the order.

Accuracy of information: the Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the data transmitted (name, date of birth, time and place of birth, etc.). The Seller cannot be held responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information communicated by the Customer.

Article 6 — Payment terms

Payment is made exclusively online via the Stripe platform (Stripe, Inc. / Stripe Payments Europe, Limited), PCI-DSS certified provider. Accepted payment methods include: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods offered by Stripe depending on the Customer's geographic area.

The Seller never has access to the Customer's banking data. No card data is stored on the Seller's servers.

The order is validated upon receipt of payment confirmation by Stripe.

Article 7 — Delivery of the reading

The readings ordered are handcrafted and personalized services, performed manually by the Seller. They are transmitted to the Customer by email at the address indicated during the order, in PDF format or equivalent.

Indicative delivery time: between 24 and 48 hours from receipt of payment. This delay may vary depending on the complexity of the reading and the volume of current orders. In case of exceptionally high activity, the Customer will be informed by email.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal

Important — No right of withdrawal applicable.

Pursuant to article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Since the readings offered are entirely personalized based on the birth data and identity provided by the Customer, they are deemed "clearly personalized" within the meaning of the law. The Customer therefore expressly waives their right of withdrawal upon validation of their order.

This waiver is explicitly recalled to the Customer before final validation of the payment.

Article 9 — Liability — Nature of services

The services offered by AstroPath fall within the scope of well-being, personal development and spiritual guidance. They cannot in any case replace:

The Customer retains full responsibility for their decisions and actions, in particular those relating to their health, finances, personal or professional life. The Seller disclaims all responsibility regarding personal interpretations, decisions or consequences resulting from reading the readings provided.

Article 10 — Intellectual property

The readings provided to the Customer are protected by copyright. They are intended for strictly personal and private use by the Customer. Any reproduction, distribution, public sharing, resale or commercial exploitation, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the Seller.

Article 11 — Personal data

The Seller collects and processes the Customer's personal data in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The complete conditions are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Article 12 — Customer service — Complaints

For any question, request for clarification or complaint, the Customer can contact the Seller by email at yourastropath@protonmail.com.

The Seller undertakes to respond within a maximum of 7 business days.

Article 13 — Force majeure

The Seller cannot be held liable for non-performance of its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code, such as a general computer failure, failure of third-party providers (Stripe, hosting provider, telecom operators), illness or any other external, unforeseeable and irresistible event.

Article 14 — Applicable law — Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the absence of amicable settlement or mediation, any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will be brought before the competent courts of the Seller's place of domicile, subject to the public policy provisions applicable to the consumer.

The Customer is informed of the existence of the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
